WHAT TO EXPECT

Evidence shows that plunge tub experiences can help improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and speed up post exercise recovery. Our cold water therapy also burns calories and even helps you to have a better night’s sleep. You will leave feeling alert, recharged, and revitalized!

Before

Every client will fill out the online waiver form as part of the booking process. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can check you in and show you to your Plunge and shower.

  • Shower off with soap**

  • Suit up**

  • Turn off or silence your phone.

During

The Plunge can be a shock! We keep our Plunges on an average of 55°F so don’t worry if you aren’t able to get your whole body in the first time. It’s up to you whether you just dip your toe or fully submerge yourself — you are in control.

 

Breathe your way through it. We encourage you to use an easy 6-in-6-out deep breathing count and recommend spending 1-6 minutes in the cold Plunge.

After

  • Towel off with provided towel

  • Indulge in a post-plunge shower, if you choose

  • Relax in our community area and be sure to check out our retail area before signing out.
